WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
The available shipping methods include Standard Delivery (delivery time of 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class signed for) for GBP 3.95, Next Day Delivery (delivery time of 1-2 working days via UPS or 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class signed for) for GBP 6.50, and Guaranteed Next Day Before 1pm for orders placed by 12pm same day (delivery via Royal Mail next day by 1pm) for GBP 8.95. If you opt for an expedited shipping option, you will receive additional shipping information after placing the order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
